Artistically carved Jewelry Box, 2 1/4" tall, carved from shag bark juniper, signed and dated by Bill Bluhm.
If you would count the growth rings in the wood, you would find out that this wood is over 100 years old, it would also look very darling as a chest in a doll house as you can see in the last picture.

All the Jewlery boxes are looking lovely as doll house furniture as well and are indeed very special as you can see in the very last picture :)

As we finally can offer Christine's Puppenstube, we are also very happy that together with Heartwood Arts we designed some furniture for it. Most of them were carved by the new Heartwood Arts associate David. It looks like Heartwood Arts found in him a keeper!! I am so happy about this! Most of the doll house furniture actually are carved by him, preparing himself for the "bigger cuts" like the gnome houses!
