Dear Customers, the inventory is not up-dated after a conference last Saturday. I will be able to get all up-to-date upon my return from Germany this coming Thursday. Items currently showing as available may actually be out of stock. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding! Christine
Mother Earth
Mother Earth reminds us of our responsibility to conserve our resources and tend our garden, especially our inner one, so she is able to bring forth life in abundant forms over and over every season. Here she stands in her hand-knit woolen dress (sometimes she is a bit tired of her trusty well-worn brown one, and sneaks into her other secret favorite colors), hand-knit shawl, doting on her creations. About 7 – 8” tall, with sculpted face and a firm cloth-covered wooden base.
In her wisdom years, this mother harvested her coriander plant for collecting the seeds for next year and as spice in her cooking and baking, dressed in a hand-knit wool dress, her shawl in a chevron pattern hand-knit in wool yarn, mohair hair. She stand firmly on a wooden base, covered with a woolen fabric, 2 1/2" diameter, ~9"tall.
