A Nature Table is a wonderful way to celebrate and connect more deeply to the seasons throughout the year. It does not need to be elaborate - small things will do: a flower of the season, seeds, rocks and stones, driftwood, a picture or a crystal. It can be something you or your children collect on walks in nature and bring into your home to remind you of the secrets nature holds.

I very keenly remember from my childhood the book by Sibylle von Olfers, “Die Wurzel Kinder,” translated as, “The Story of the Root Children.” It shows in wonderful pictures the transformation Mother Earth and her children go through during the year. My creations are highly influenced by that book.
