Payment Methods We accept check or credit cards which are processed through the PayPal system. It is not neccesary to have a Paypal account though!

Shipping We ship with USPS to all parts of the world. Rates are calculated through the USPS system and based on the weight of the product and an estimated shipping container size for all products ordered. For very heavy boxes (like for Heartwood Arts block sets) we may select shipping with UPS if the cost is less. If you are living in a part in this world the system does not want to calculate your shipping fees for, please contact us and we will try to find out for you.  

Sometimes the system comes up with very high calculations, but be assured we refund excessive charges promptly.

Returns We accept returns of items not meeting your expectations in untouched conditions for store credit. Please talk to us first if it would come up. Original shipping cost as well as other possible expenses accrued (shipping boxes and the like) plus return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Packing up and shipping off the orders can sometimes be a lot of work and time consuming, especially on big items, which is not calculated into the pricing. We do NOT charge re-stocking fees which often is customary in mail-order businesses. Thank you so much for your understanding.
